tools for your healthiest beard grooming

With beards being as trendy as they are (and have been for the last few years), most men are looking to cultivate their facial hair. It’s certainly important, however, that this be done with proper care. You don’t want a scraggly, damaged beard do you? Of course you don’t! Here are all the tools and tips you need to ensure you have the healthiest, most handsome beard possible.

BEARD SCISSORS

Much like the hair on your head, regular trims are essential to keeping your beard healthy and happy. Once your beard reaches your desired length, trimming any stray hairs or dead ends will work wonders to improve its look and feel.

BEARD BRUSH

Using a boar bristle brush to tame your beard is an excellent way to produce natural oils that will cleanse and condition your facial hair. Brushing your beard may not be something you’ve thought to do, but once you get started you’ll never go back.

BEARD WASH

Your beard needs to be washed! Regular bar soap will only dry out your facial hair, as well as your skin underneath. Investing in a solid beard wash will leave your beard soft, shiny and perfectly clean.

BEARD BALM

Beard balms are creamy in texture, are often highly fragranced, and work to condition and soften facial hair.

BEARD OIL

Beard oils are liquids, as opposed to balms which are more solid. Preference for oil over balm and vice versa really comes down to a question of texture.

BEARD/MOUSTACHE WAX

If you’re looking for a gravity-defying style, wax is what you’re after. Waxes are much more stiff than balms or oils, as they work to hold a style in place. Also effective if you feel like you need a little extra help to keep your whiskers lying flat.

Congratulations on your incredible beard!
